When starting the Toad application or trying to connect to a database, Toad for Oracle returns the following error:"No valid Oracle Client found. Please note that Toad only supports 32-bit Oracle Client installations."OR"No valid Oracle clients found. You need at least one 32-bit client properly configured."OR
"No valid Oracle clients found. You need at least one 64-bit client properly configured."
