Description
Using the Formatter causes it to drop the parameter after the ampersand
Formatting the following:
-- T1 = table tablespace for new schema
-- T2 = index tablespace for new schema
-- T3 = temporary tablespace for new schema
DEFINE T1 = &1
DEFINE T2 = &2
DEFINE T3 = &3
Returns the following results:
-- T1 = table tablespace for new schema
-- T2 = index tablespace for new schema
-- T3 = temporary tablespace for new schema
DEFINE T1 = &
DEFINE T2 = &
DEFINE T3 = & -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Refrain from redefining the parameters and use them directly.STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
