Export | Generate Schema Script generates ORA-00904: "OWNER": invalid identifier -
Description
When I try to generate a schema script (Database | Export | Generate Schema Script) for any user in any database gives the following error during the "Extracting Grants" portion of the process:
ORA-00904: "OWNER": invalid identifier
At this point the generation stops, so no script is created.
This process works properly in version 10.5.1.3. -
Resolution
1. In the Toad Options on the LHS (left-hand side): StartUp, on the RHS (right-hand side) enable the Check for access to DBA views option.
2. Click Apply | OK.
3. Close Toad for Oracle and restart.
