Using Team Coding Editor becomes read-only after selecting different object in Schema Browser (4260657)

Team Coding is enabled in one schema (Schema A). The user connects to a different schema (Schema B) that is not controlled and is not a part of team coding. In Schema B, this package can be opened and edited in the Editor. While this Editor is open, the Schema Browser is opened to view package list in Schema A. Switching back to the Editor, the Schema B package is read-only and shows as a controlled object.
