How to generate initialization parameter comparison report between two databases?

1. Go to Database | Compare | Databases
2. Under the Databases tab, select the source and target databases
3. Under the Options tab, uncheck all options except Initialization Parameters
4. Click the Compare button
5. Under Results tab, open the Init.ora and it will show the differences between the two databases
6. The Sync Script tab will display the script you need to run against the target database to make it the same as the source
