Installer does not launch after executing the Setup file
Description

Downloaded Toad for Oracle 9.1 from SupportLink and the installer does not launch; nothing happens when the setup file is executed.
Cause

May be caused by a corrupt installation file when downloading.
Resolution

Redownload Toad for Oracle from Support Link to resolve issue.
