Execute/compile button is not running selected area of a script. (4253575)

In the Toad 10.6.1, when I double click to load a package/procedure into the editor winodw and highlited a portion of a script as below, it would ONLY run the selected part. (when I click the green execute compile button, upper left)

select * from emp;

Now in Toad 11, if I click the green execute compile button, it will come up with another dialog box, Edit SQL (see second image below).

Behavior has reverted back in the latest Toad 11.1 Beta release available at: http://toadfororacle.com/beta.jspa

Scheduled to be addressed in the future release of Toad for Oracle.
