How do I go about changing the SQL Recall cell height? (4253392)

In TOAD version 9.7.2.5, in the SQL Recall display, I can see six cells, each displaying the first six lines of sql code. Under TOAD version 10, I can see 12 cells, each one displaying only the first two lines of sql code. How can I increase the vertical height of each cell in the display, so I see fewer cells, but I can see more of the sql code in each cell?

In order to increase the height of the cell. Please hover your mouse over the line that separate the Cell Title SQL and your first SQL statement. Once you hover over this line, you should be able to left click on your mouse and drag the cell down to expand the cell vertically.
