Getting error ora-01841 when running a SQL with substitution variable.
Description

I used to be able to run a SQL with substitution variable and a variable window would pop up prompting for a value. Now I am getting the error ora-01841 when trying to run the same SQL query.
Resolution

To get the Variable pop up window back, please right click on the Editor window and select the option "Scan SQL for Subst Vars".
