Toad locks the computer with mouse movement. (4250496)

Experiencing occasional lock-ups on computer. It stops responding to mouse and keyboard input. Any process running at the time of the lock-up continues to run; e.g., music player, etc.

Have been monitoring this situation and have concluded that it is related to mouse movement in Toad. It has occurred only when Toad was the active application and when moving mouse within Toad or entering characters via the keyboard.

WORKAROUND:  
Shut-down the computer and restart it.

Status:
Enhancement requested  ER 32432 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Toad for Oracle.
