Description
When the SQL Recall window is not pinned, but allows you to mouse over it, when trying to filter by 'SQL Contains' in the SQL Recall Filter option, the following error appears:
'Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window' -

WORKAROUND 1
This error doesn't happen when the SQL Recall window is pinned.WORKAROUND 2
Use Toad for Oracle 12.7
