Get ORA-02002 and ORA-22923 running any query when Unified Auditing is enabled
Description

Whenever a query is executed, the following errors are received.

ORA-02002: error while writing to audit trail
ORA-22923: amount of data specified in streaming LOB write is 0

This occurs with any query. Even select * from dual.

The results of the query are still returned, but the errors have to be clicked through to get to them every time.
Resolution

WORKAROUND #1:
Disable DBMS Output and run your query using F9 (Execute as Statement). DBMS Output can be disabled in the DBMS Output tab in the Editor.

WORKAROUND #2:
Disable Unified Auditing.
