Editor's Navigator panel keeps minimizing -
Description
After upgrading to Toad for Oracle 11.5, the Editor's Navigator panel does not stay on and keeps minimizing intermittently even after pressing the pin icon.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1
Right-click on the Editor window | Desktop | Restore Default Desktop. This will reset any changes made to the default settings.
WORKAROUND 2
Right-click on the Editor window | Desktop | Delete Desktop. If only the built-in SQL and PL/SQL desktops are available to be deleted, that is fine. After deleting both desktops, restart Toad and it will restore the built-in desktops.
