Incorrect directory in Save As dialog in Editor (4242751)

In Toad 12, the incorrect folder is showing in the Save As folder, when saving a file, compared to 11.6.

Example steps to replicate:
1. In the Editor first open a script file v_1.sql for a view from a directory called 'views'.
2. Next, open script file p_1.sql for a package from a directory called 'packages'.
3. Now save the view with a new name. Go back to the view-tab and select Save As.
4. In the dialog, change the name from v_1 to v_2.

The directory in the dialog is 'packages' (which is the last used directory) instead of 'views' (which is the origin directory for v_1.sql.)
