.sql file extension for new files is saved in upper case as .SQL
Description
After upgrading from 12.1 to 12.5, when saving a new file, the .sql file extension is being saved in uppercase.
For example, saving a file from the Editor is being saved as 'test.SQL' instead of 'test.sql'.
It only appears as uppercase when saving with the 'All Files' file extension type. However the default file type 'All Files' option is always the default, which means unless this can be lowercase by default, you need to change the file type before saving.
