Custom Filter window can cause modal dialog issue when using dual monitors -
Description
When using dual monitors, if I bring up the describe window in Toad and do a custom filter or sort in the data grid, if I click to the other monitor and then back to the original monitor with the filter window open, then the filter window goes behind Toad and cannot be accessed.
