Issue with Check-in revised packages using Toad v10.6's Version Control Browser -
Description
Upgraded Toad for Oracle from version 9.6 to 10.6.1. Using VCS Browser to check-out and modify an object, after check in, the version does not change and the changes does not get reflected. On the other hand, checking in via Schema Browser works fine. The previous Toad version 9.6, does not have this issue.
Objects present in VCS prior to upgrade are the only ones affected. Newly versioned objects using Toad 10.6.1 does not have any issues.
