"This parameter cannot be modified in a pluggable Database" when changing Compatible parameter -
Description
When trying to change the 'Compatible' parameter in the 'Oracle Parameters' window in Toad 12.1 on a 12c container database, the following message is shown:
'This parameter cannot be modified in a pluggable Database. You must connect to the container database to change this parameter.'
This message appears even though it is trying to be changed in a container database.
