Is there a way to remove the "Check for Updates" option from the Help menu?
Below is the step to customize the menu and remove the "Check for Update" option:
1. Go to View | Options | Toolbars/Menus | and choose "User default" as an option.
2. After this is set you should be able to right click over your toolbars and menus and choose to "Customize".
3. Now right click on the "Check for Update" in the Help menu and select delete.
