When opening the following "Create" windows, there are no scroll bars to allow the user to view the hidden part of the screen easily:
1. Refresh Group
2. Policy
3. Queue
4. Queue Table
5. Rollback Segment
6. Materialized View
7. Materialized View Log
8. Tablespace
9. Trigger
10. View
11. Index
WORKAROUND:
Drag the connection and window bars so they're side by side and avoid using too much vertical space.

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 8.6. This version can be downloaded at http://questsupportlink.quest.com/prod_upgrade_alert.asp.
