How do you disable Formatter Plus for Toad for Oracle?

WORKAROUND  1:

1. Exit Toad
2. Open Registry Editor and go to: Hkey Local Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\ PLFormat.exe
3. Rename this folder to PLFormatOLD.exe. This should turn off your formatter for Toad.
4. Open Toad and enter the statement and right-click format Code. Toad will not format the statement it will simply place this in one line.  

WORKAROUND  2:

1. Go to View | Formatting Options
2. Under "Formatter Options," scroll down to the "Comment Generation" setting
3. For "Dependencies" and "Recommendations" select the "Disable" on the right hand pane
4. Save the changes and restart TOAD  

WORKAROUND 3:

1. In schema browser | views | select a view | script tab you will see 4 icons - Select first icon (options)
2. view/edit script options | views | uncheck 'format' box
