Toad does not execute when run from command line and minimized
Description

When running Toad from the command line and have it set to run minimized it does not execute anything.
Toad just sits minimized in the task bar.
Not until it is clicked on, to maximize it, does Toad actually run what it is supposed to.

WORKAROUND:
None
STATUS:
Issue fixed in version 9.5.0.
