Tables that differ, by having different columns, are not showing correctly in the schema compare results

When running Schema Compare, if there is an extra column in a table than the one it is compared with, that table does not get displayed in the results as being different. 

WORKAROUND:
view the Columns section in the "Objects only in " section, instead of the Tables in the "Objects which differ" section.  The compare results do list each column, along with it's parent table, that are in one table and not the other.  The sync script also includes the add or drop column statement, so if the sync script is run the appropriate statement will be run to sync the tables.

This issue is fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.9. This version can be downloaded from the downloads section of our website, which you can access by clicking here.
