Get "Cannot create file..." error launching with 'Run as different user' feature -
Description
When launching Toad using the 'Run as different user' option, getting a message saying that it "Cannot create file..." and then it lists the path to the wrong user's profile folder.
So, for example, user logs into Windows with User1. They launch Toad using 'Run as different user' option and enter the credentials for User2. The message that is returned is...
Cannot create file "C:\Users\User1\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\13.0\User Files\TOADMAIL.INI". Access is denied.It should not be trying to access User1 folder, it should be trying to access User2 folder.
