How do you install Toad for Oracle v14.x in READ ONLY mode?
The read only installers that were there for v13.x are no longer found from v14.

Resolution
From Toad v14, it will now need to be installed as a read only version, from the command line, using the MSI installer.
You can download the MSI installer from here
Once downloaded, please run the install from the command line, with a command such as:
msiexec /i "C:\test\ToadforOracle_GA_14.1.120.923_x64_En.msi" READONLY=1
and this will install the Read-Only version. This can be checked in Toad, in the Help | About screen when it is opened.
