When starting Toad 9.1 a message 'Getting License Information' appears in the splash screen when starting Toad 9.1.
At this point it goes no further and it isn't possible to enter a license key.
If the machine has been setup from a Ghost image, this may cause this issue.
As the ghost image is basically a snapshot from another user's PC, check each machine's 'qsauth11.key' file (located in the main Toad installation directory) and make sure that it has a valid license key in it, and that it is not duplicated across machines.
If the problem is happening on ghosted machines, if there are duplicated keys in the QSAuth11.key files, this problem will occur if there is some resulting license invalidation happening, because the license key from the original machine is already registered.
