Toad prompts for & substitution variable from glogin script.

With this line in the glogin.sql file...

set sqlprompt &_user@&_connect_identifier>

In Toad 9.7 running in the editor as F5, the results would display as expected with the current user and database name noted in the SQL prompt, and no prompt for variables.

But in Toad 10.0 running a query in editor with F5, it now prompts for a value for &_user and &_connect_identifier substitution variables. The query cannot be run in Toad.

View->Toad Options that the checkbox for prompt for substitution variables is turned off under Execute/Compile section.

This is not a problem in SQL*Plus tool.
