"Session has no current statement" msg displayed in Current Statement tab of session browser.<
Description

When working with Ora App R12 in Toad 10.6, the current statement tab does not show any current statements even when something is expected.
Cause

Toad runs a query on V$SQLTEXT_WITH_NEWLINES but if it's not set to public, it will give the message "Session has no current statement".
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
Grant V$SQLTEXT_WITH_NEWLINES to Public.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
