On launch of Toad 9.7 it gives:
<random characters>, project file error in line # 1: toad project, false,
Then this error:
<random characters> is not a valid integer value
Then when TOAD opens, the project manager panel shows: ... load error
After this the rest of TOAD seems to work OK.
Corruption of project manager files.
1. Exit out of toad
2. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\<personal folder>\Application Data\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\<version>\User Files
3. Rename the file:
- Project.tpr
Start Toad and test issue with Project Manager
If that does not help, try renaming the ProjectConfig.txt also.
