Databases not listed in drop down on connection window. -
Description
Cannot select a database from the database drop down field in the new connection window.
A tnsnames file exists, the Environmental Path is correct, and there are green checks next to the "SQLNET Editor" and "TNSNames Editor" buttons on the connection window.
