Cursor is moved near top of script if portion of script is formatted
Description

I'm loading a long script into the editor and I'm only formatting a portion of the code; a small SQL statement within the entire script, but after that portion of the code is successfully formatted, the cursor jumps towards the top of the script. This is very problematic.
For example, if I format the portion of the SQL Statement of the long script on lines 113-117, after the format, the cursor will jump to line 10.

Can this be fixed so the cursor stays in place after the format?

WORKAROUND:
None.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
