Toad will not display French and Spanish international characters after upgrading.
Description

When upgrading from Toad 8.x to 9.6.1, I was able to see international characters for French and Spanish in the previous version, but not after upgrading to 9.6.1.
Resolution

1. Set NLS_LANGUAGE variable in the following locations of the Registry:

- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | ORACLE
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE | SOFTWARE | ORACLE | KEY_OraClient10g_home1
EX: NLS_LANGUAGE = AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1

2. Restart Toad
