Description

In Trace File Browser, click "Open trace file on a database server" and choosing to "Load Files", gives the following error:
ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: java.sql.SQLDataException:
ORA-01850: hour must be between 0 and 23
ORA-06512: at "TOAD.POPULATE_TOAD_DIR_LISTING", line 1
ORA-06512: at line 4
Cause

Conflict with 12c servers.
Resolution

Issue has been address in the release of Toad for Oracle 12.7.

This is only an issue with 12c and not an issue in 10g/11g databases.
