Error at startup of program "Installed Formatter does not support XML version 12".
Description

After upgrade of Toad to version 9.7.2, the following error is displayed at the startup of Toad, error is consistent:
"Installed Formatter does not support XML version 12"
Cause

Wrong version of FmtPlus.dll file.
Resolution

1. Close Toad and go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle folder.
2. Locate and rename existing FmtPlus.dll file to FmtPlus.OLD.
3. Copy and paste the attached file to above folder.
