Error using Create DB Object menu option: "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" -
Description
User receives the following error message using any of the Create options, through the Object menu, DB Explorer, or Ctrl+N and cannot create procedures or packages:
"ORA-00942: table or view does not exist"
