Description
User has database with service name that is all numeric and is included in his TNSName.ORA file. This database name does not show in Toad’s Connection window Database dropdown. He can connect to this database using SQLPlus console.
Resolution
WORKAROUND: None
STATUS: Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
