Upper/Lower/Initial Caps options of Edit menu do not work on comment lines or column-mode block s
Description

User uses Upper/Lower/Initial Caps options of Edit menu or the Control shortcut keys to convert comment lines or column-mode block selection to proper capitalization. Toad is not changing lines properly.

None
STATUS:
Waiting for fix to be released in a future version of Toad for Oracle.
