Description
Changed View | Toad Options | General | User Files Directory path and receiving an error message at the startup of Toad stating critical files missing.

Cause
The User Files folder was changed, however files from C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files folder were not moved to the new path.

Resolution
Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle folder, locate and delete SettingsLocations.ini file.
OR
Copy the entire contents of C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\User Files to the new User Files path.
