Description
The following error occurs when DBMS_Scheduler is started and ALL_SCHEDULER_PROGRAM_ARGS view is queried to view scheduled program arguments:
"Access violation at address 0062FCC8 in module 'toad.exe'. Write of address 00000000."
Executing with F9 or F5 both generate the error.
