Getting "Cannot create file...Connectionaction.ini" error when launching.
Description

When Toad is launched, I am getting a "Cannot create file...Connectionaction.ini" error.
Cause

Opening multiple instances of Toad for Oracle at one time.
Resolution

Only have one instance of Toad open on your machine at a time.
