Error: "Error initializing Team Coding: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist" when logging into a database. Team coding is not installed or enabled for this database.

Cause
Possible changes made to database synonyms.

Resolution
1. Check with DBA to see if Team Coding is installed
2. Go to the Utilities menu | Team Coding | Team Coding Status | Settings | click OK and make sure Team Coding is not enable.
3. Check with DBA to see if any changes were made to certain synonyms that may involve team coding objects.
