After downloading the last version toad for Oracle 9.1(Toad for Oracle 91.EXE), you are never asked whether you want to install Toad for Oracle Standard or Toad for Oracle Professional.

Resolution
The license key will determine whether the version of Toad is the Standard or the Professional one. There is only one installer for both versions of Toad.
