When starting TOAD 8.6 with the right users receiving an error: "Unable to copy user files. Please contact your Citrix Administrator". As a result, Toad cannot be opened. It works OK for the administrator users.
It works for the admin because they have proper rights on the C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Quest Software\TOAD folder that the Citrix install creates. But the other users have this structure:C:\Documents and Settings\<other user>\Application Data\Quest Software\TOAD and probably don't have necessary folder permissions.
