Viewing 'Job' objects with the tree view intermittently locks up TOAD -
Description
When 'Jobs' is selected in the Schema Browser tree view, TOAD will completely lock up without expanding the 'Jobs' objects. The only course of action is to kill TOAD with the Task Manager. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Configure the Schema Browser to the 'Tabbed' or 'Dropdown' view.
STATUS:
Scheduled to be fixed in future release of Toad for Oracle. -
