Login window or connection screen does not appear in foreground when launching Toad. -
Description
User's Toad will open and then unfocuses as if a login window has opened, but nothing was opened. Pressing Alt+Tab may reveal a blank dialog box.
This can also appear to be that Toad is freezing or hanging up while launching.
