Opening a SQL Editor window without a database connection in Toad.
Description

User cannot open a SQL Editor window without first connecting to a database in Toad like they can in SQL Navigator.
Cause

Functionality has not been implemented.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:

None.

STATUS:

An enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in future release of Toad for Oracle.
