User unable to install Toad for DB2 v.4.5. The installation process consistently fails with the following error message:
'Error 1402. Could not open key: HKEY_LOCAL)MACHINE\SOFTWARE\IBM\DB2\InstalledCopies\ToadC45\\COMPONENTS. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key or contact your support personnel.'
Work with desktop support group to allow user to change registry variables.
