Not possible to install a DB2 V9.5 Client Fixpack when Toad for DB2 v4.0.1 is installed -
Description
It is not possible to install a DB2 V9.5 Client Fixpack (e.g. FP1 or the current FP3a) when Toad v4.0.1 is installed.

Resolution
1. Uninstall Toad for DB2
2. Install the DB2 Fixpack
3. Reinstall Toad for DB2 again.
Please Note: There are some problems with Toad and other IBM tools. Please see SOL51245 for further information.
