Support for multibyte characters -
Description
The multibyte (Korean) characters is broken if language code set is English. However, if using terminal server then there is no issue even if the language code set is English. Why is this happening?

Resolution
Configuration of inserting double byte characters into single byte DB is not supported by DB2, hence it will not work in Toad for DB2.
