Alter view window does not display the query when the view was created with "Create or Replace V -
Description
When creating a view based off of CREATE OR REPLACE VIEW syntax, the objects gets created and the ddl can be extracted. But when trying to use the Alter view option in Toad (right click on view | Alter View), the gui does not give any information.
